The design of this site focuses on creating a high-quality urban space incorporating traditional components such as piazzas with civic amenities, recreational green spaces with water elements, and tree avenues.
Comfortable living environment with an organic distribution of residential buildings
One advantage of this project is its variable terrain, which we can use to create attractive views through the area, working with the natural curvature of the roads and the actual layout of individual buildings on the site. These views should draw the attention to the central section, which will be on a hill with a piazza, retirement home and minor urban amenities. This section could be connected by a tree-lined avenue to a green area with a water element.
Nature within reach
The buildings will be arranged to form semi-private and partly enclosed courtyards connected to urban and public spaces. We would also like to use these courtyards for playgrounds, benches, grilling areas and other amenities. The apartment buildings will allow individual apartments to have access to the gardens and will be arranged so that the gardens face the open landscape to provide as much privacy as possible.
